Terms of Service

Welcome to Aura Pilates Studio. By using our mobile application or website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Aura Pilates app or website (aurapilates.rs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. You can register using your email address or through Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

3. Services

Aura Pilates Studio provides Reformer and Mat Pilates classes. Through our app, you can:

  • View class schedules and availability
  • Book and manage class reservations
  • Purchase session packages
  • Manage your profile and preferences

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Class bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Session packages are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase
  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with studio policy
  • Unused sessions within expired packages are non-refundable

5. Payments

Prices for session packages are displayed in the app and on our website. All prices are listed in Serbian Dinars (RSD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect previously purchased packages.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Any unused sessions in active packages will be forfeited
  • This action cannot be undone

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Aura Pilates Studio are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aura Pilates Studio provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
