Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can permanently delete your Aura Pilates Studio account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

Method 1: Delete from the App

Step 1: Open the Aura Pilates app and go to your Profile.

Step 2: Tap "Edit Profile".

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".

Step 4: Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Method 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to info@aurapilates.rs from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your profile information
  • Your booking history and session records
  • Your app preferences and settings

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Any unused sessions in active packages will be forfeited upon deletion.
  • Your data will be completely removed from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request.
  • If you signed in with Google or Apple, deleting your Aura Pilates account does not affect your Google or Apple account.
